Do you dislike your job?
For the past few months I’ve been pointing out that most people in the United States are unhappy at their job….
Numerous research studies over the years have demonstrated our overall unhappiness at work and this past month yet another study has been released which continues to confirm this epidemic <article>.
The new study found even more grim results than previously known; companies that try to provide a more pleasant work environment still fail at producing employee satisfaction at work!
Kelli B. Grant writes, “having in-office access to catered meals, a ping-pong table or free massages may not make you any happier at work”
It’s not enough to have video games, scheduled nap times, or even a masseuse that comes to your cubicle….high percentages of people are still unhappy with their job.
